Job summary

Partou Manchester Airport (Little Faces) Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a qualified nursery practitioner to take on the role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily room operations and supervise the team to ensure engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children.
• Support learning and development in line with EYFS and build strong partnerships with families.

About the Role

Partou Manchester Airport (Little Faces) Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimumLevel 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner totake on the full time, 40 hours per week role ofNursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
