Partou Little Big Steps Day Nursery & Pre-school in Knowle, Bristol is seeking a Part-Time Nursery Room Leader (30 hours per week) with a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification to oversee a room and support children’s learning under the EYFS.

You will lead and inspire your team, provide a safe, inclusive environment and build strong partnerships with families. The role offers a £22,230+ salary with a £1,000 Welcome Bonus and a range of benefits.

About The Role

Partou Little Big Steps Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the part-time 30 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
