At our Wendover Nursery, we are seeking an experienced Room Leader with Toddler experience to join our team. The role involves a 38-hour workweek, with a salary up to £33,572 depending on experience and qualifications, along with excellent benefits. We offer onsite parking and a local 'bookable' bus service stopping outside the nursery.

Wendover Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group, located within walking distance of the mainline train station at Stoke Mandeville and easily accessible from Aylesbury. Requirements

As Head of Room, you will:

1. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources suitable for children's age and developmental stages.
2. Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
3. Assist in implementing an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments.
4. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
5. Work collaboratively within a team to support all children and team members.
6. Lead and support your team, including their training needs, to ensure best practices.
7. Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
8. Hold a Level 3 qualification or above, with at least 3 years of nursery experience and a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
