Job summary

A Nursery Room Leader role is available with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of an allocated room, upholding high standards of care, learning and development for all children in a supportive team setting.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and foster a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy and inspired to reach their full potential. A passion for early years education and safeguarding is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Solid knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
