Busy Bees Peterborough, a leading nursery group, is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive the Bee Curious curriculum. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care and learning while maintaining strong communication with families and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.

• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.

• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Peterborough is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 98 children. The nursery features five spacious and bright childcare rooms across two floors, providing a welcoming environment for children to learn and grow. It also has an exciting outdoor space designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, and a love of the outdoors through ample learning opportunities. The nursery maintains strong communication links with local schools to ensure a smooth transition to full-time education, aligning all learning objectives accordingly. Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
