Willing Care Recruitment Limited is helping a warm and welcoming nursery in London borough recruit a dedicated Nursery Room Leader. You will take ownership of a designated room, guiding a team of practitioners and delivering EYFS-aligned activities to support each child’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

The Nursery Room Leader will take ownership of the day-to-day running of a designated room, leading by example and creating a stimulating, safe and caring environment for children. The role involves working closely with a supportive leadership team and other educators to ensure each child’s learning and development needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
