Job summary

Busy Bees is opening a brand-new nursery in Binfield and invites a passionate Room Leader to join our team.

You will lead a friendly nursery team, create engaging activities, support children's development, and build positive relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is an advantage.

We're searching for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting , with supervisory experience an advantageideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering childrens development and creating positive relationships with families
