Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Banbury is opening a brand-new nursery and seeks a passionate Room Leader to help shape the early learning environment. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, lead a motivated team, and support children’s development while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience advantageous, ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
