Job summary

Busy Bees is opening a brand-new two-storey nursery in Whitstable this Winter, and we’re hiring passionate Room Leaders to welcome 110 learners. You’ll lead a nursery team, create engaging activities, and support children’s development while forming strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience is advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

Do you have…?

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
