Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Banbury is opening a brand-new nursery this winter and seeks a dedicated Room Leader to join the founding team. You will help shape the nursery culture and create an environment where children and staff thrive together.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification or higher in early years, plus supervisory experience. You will lead a dynamic team, inspire creativity, and build strong relationships with families while upholding the highest standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years education (or higher).
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills to motivate and support your team.
• Passion for fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.

We're searching for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
