Job summary

Rocasa Consulting Ltd in Solihull is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a caring, dynamic team. You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing, creating a warm, safe environment where every child can thrive.

You will plan age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS, act as a Key Person, and work closely with families to support each child's needs while adhering to safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Has experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Is caring, reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
