Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a purpose-built nursery in the UK. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, designing engaging activities, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and flourish.

The role is full-time, available all year round, with a salary from £29,000 and a strong focus on safeguarding, teamwork, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor facilities to create exciting learning experiences.
• Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through play-based learning.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice at all times.
