Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities that encourage children's learning, creativity and development.

• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress, identifying individual needs and developmental milestones.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare, or an equivalent qualification accepted for the role.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework and early years development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative.
• A reliable, professional and flexible attitude.
