Aspire People is recruiting Nursery Practitioners for settings in Selly Oak, offering term-time and private day nurseries with flexible full-time or part-time shifts. You will work with children 0-5 to deliver high-quality care, education and safeguarding in a nurturing environment.

Key requirements include Level 2/3 EY childcare qualification, Paediatric First Aid, and experience in early years. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting; solid EYFS understanding.

Aufgaben

• Support learning, development and wellbeing of 0–5s in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Recognise individual needs and support development in each child.
• Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
• Contribute to observations and learning journeys when required.
