Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is essential.
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive, high-quality care throughout the nursery day.
• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-aligned activities.
• Utilise bright spaces and playrooms for exploration and learning.
• Support personal care, routines and emotional wellbeing of children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families; work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards.
