Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a busy setting. You will work with your own key group, deliver engaging EYFS activities, and support children’s development. Strong emphasis on safeguarding, parent communication, and teamwork in a full-time position.

The role requires a valid Level 3 Early Years qualification and recent nursery experience, with a salary up to £28,000 for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Recent experience working in a nursery.
• Sound understanding of EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS activities for your key group.
• Use observations to shape next steps and track progress.
• Create a safe, organised and engaging learning environment.
• Build strong parent partnerships through daily feedback.
• Follow safeguarding and compliance procedures.
