Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in its baby room. You will provide high-quality care and education for babies, fostering a secure, warm environment and supporting their early development.

The role requires experience in an early years setting, understanding of the EYFS framework, and a nurturing, patient approach. You will collaborate with families and teammates, observe progress, and help plan sensory and play-based

Qualifications

• Experience in an early years setting
• Experience working with babies is desirable
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Nurturing, patient and child-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education within the baby room
• Supporting babies’ emotional, social, and developmental needs
• Planning and delivering engaging sensory and play-based activities
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Observing and monitoring children’s progress and development
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
