Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a warm, family-run nursery in South Croydon. You will deliver care and early education in line with EYFS, supporting children aged 0–5 through planned activities and daily routines.

The role requires recent nursery experience and a full Level 3 Early Years qualification, with strong teamwork and clear communication as part of a dedicated staff team.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting.

• Ability to support children’s development and daily routines confidently.
