Job description

Nursery Practitioner Up to £28,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round Imagine spending your day in a nursery where every space has been carefully designed to spark imagination, encourage curiosity, and help children grow with confidence.

With beautifully designed, light-filled learning environments and incredible outdoor spaces offering free-flow access throughout the day, children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play, and discovery.

We are looking for an early years practitioner with a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, who has a genuine passion for childcare and brings strong knowledge of the EYFS framework into their daily practice.

What We're Looking For Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working within an early years setting.

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children's learning and development.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Make full use of the nursery's inspiring indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities.

Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through meaningful experiences.

Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent standards throughout the nursery.
