Willing Care Recruitment Limited is assisting a Good Ofsted-rated Montessori nursery to hire a Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner. Salary is £27,300-£27,900, with 37.5 or 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round.

The role emphasizes EYFS, Montessori-inspired learning, and nurturing development. You will support children to grow in confidence, creativity and independence within dedicated rooms and outdoor spaces alongside a supportive team.

This Good Ofsted-rated, Montessori-based nursery offers a nurturing environment where children learn through hands‑on experiences, exploration and play. With a varied curriculum and plenty of engaging activities, children are supported to develop confidence, creativity and essential life skills at their own pace.

The nursery features dedicated, age‑specific rooms, each with its own spacious garden, providing fantastic opportunities for indoor and outdoor learning. The pre‑school also focuses on preparing children for their next exciting step into school, encouraging independence, communication and school readiness.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and wants to develop their Early Years career within a supportive setting.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
• An interest in Montessori principles and child‑led learning
• Confidence supporting engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• A passion for encouraging children's independence and curiosity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach
