Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is desirable/required depending on the role.
• Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting is beneficial.
• A caring and motivated attitude toward supporting young children.

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities

Nursery Practitioner

Location: Sparsholt, Winchester,

Salary: up to £14.68 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: Full-time (40hr per week)

Contract: Permanent

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions.

• Supporting children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities based around children’s interests and development

A relevant Early Years qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare is desirable/required depending on the role.

Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting would be beneficial.
