Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work with busy nurseries across Oldham, supporting children across age groups and delivering EYFS-aligned activities.

The role is full-time on a temporary basis with ongoing placements, offering market-leading pay and CPD opportunities through the My-Progression channel.

Qualifications

• Level 2/Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a nursery setting.
• Good knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Excellent behaviour management and ability to build positive relationships with children.
• Caring, enthusiastic and engaging approach to supporting children's development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.

Are you a passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner who loves supporting children in their early years of development?

Do you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or have at least 6 months of nursery experience?

Are you engaging, enthusiastic and confident in managing behaviour while creating a fun and nurturing learning environment?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with busy nurseries across Oldham who are looking to welcome dedicated Qualified Nursery Practitioners to their teams. These settings provide safe, caring and stimulating environments where children are encouraged to learn through play, build confidence and reach key developmental milestones with the support of passionate Early Years professionals.

We are looking for a full-time Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work on a temporary basis with opportunities for ongoing placements. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across a variety of age groups, deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

The successful Qualified Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a nursery setting
• Good knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with children
• A caring, enthusiastic and engaging approach to supporting children's development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
