Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in the United Kingdom to join a thriving early years setting. The role offers a salary of £24,000–£27,900 per year for 40 hours per week and focuses on delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

You will plan engaging activities, support children's development, and promote outdoor learning every day in a warm, nurturing, child-centred environment.

Qualifications

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous nursery/early years experience.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Warm, nurturing, and child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

  • Make full use of the nursery's outdoor learning environments, including the mud kitchen.
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.

Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3

Our client is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner their growing team, the ideal candidate will be passionate about early years and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
