Job summary

Willing Recruitment is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a Good Ofsted-rated nursery in the United Kingdom. The role centers on delivering high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS, with a home-from-home approach that supports exploration and playful learning.

You will join a friendly team, engage children in outdoor learning, and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing while developing each child's confidence and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience in an early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and child-led play.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning through child-led, play-based experiences.
• Encourage free-flow play and outdoor learning environments throughout the year.
• Inspire curiosity through gardening, nature, and hands-on exploration.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe and record children's progress to support individual learning journeys.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment at all times.
• Follow safeguarding and nursery policies.

Up to £30,300 per year (depending on qualifications)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a Good Ofsted-rated nursery that believes childhood should be full of exploration, imagination, and meaningful experiences. Nursery Practitioner Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
