Willing Care Ltd in Aylesbury, United Kingdom, is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery. The role offers 40 hours per week and a salary of £28,900 per year, with plenty of opportunities to support children to learn, explore and grow in confidence.

You will work within a supportive Early Years team, plan engaging activities in line with EYFS, observe progress, and build strong relationships with families while upholding safeguarding and health-and-safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS principles and frameworks.
• Experience delivering learning through play and routine.
• Ability to observe, assess and support children's development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
• Support children's confidence, independence and individual development.
• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress.
• Support daily routines and children's individual care needs.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures.

Outside, a large garden and play area provides exciting opportunities for children to enjoy fresh air, develop physical skills and discover the world around them through play.
