Prospero Teaching is seeking a Nursery Nurse for a Good Ofsted primary in West London. This is a temporary contract with hours 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only.

You will have at least 1 year of nursery experience in the UK, up-to-date safeguarding training, and the right to work in the UK. An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply) and two professional references are required.

The school is a popular four-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – West London
• Position – Nursery Nurse (Reception Class)
• Contract or position start date – 02/11/2026
• Duration / Likely Duration – Until end of the academic year
• Contract or position end date – July 2027
• Contract type – Temporary
• Minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £100 – £130 per day
• Hours – 8:00am – 4pm : Mon – Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year Nursery experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
