Prospero Teaching in West London is seeking a Receptionist for an Ofsted 'Good' primary school. The role is full-time, term-time hours 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, starting ASAP and lasting until the end of the academic year with potential extension or permanent appointment.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of UK school administration experience, be vetted to safeguarding standards, and hold Right to Work in the UK. DBS checks and references are required.

Receptionist - Primary School

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Receptionist for an Ofsted "Good" Primary school in West London.

The school is a popular two-form entry mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team. The school is going from strength to strength and providing training to all staff.

Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location - West London
• Position - Receptionist
• Contract or position start date - ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration - Until end of the academic year
• Contract or position end date - July 2027
• Contract type - Temporary
• Full time/part time - Full time
• Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate 100 - 130 per day
• Hours - 8:00 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year school Admin experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
