Job Summary:

• Monitor and record the progress of children’s development and learning through various observation techniques.
• Design and implement activities that promote physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.
• Provide tailored support to children based on their unique needs and developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision to children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, identifying and addressing any developmental concerns.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on their child’s progress.
• Work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
