As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an active member of a hardworking team, supporting the rehabilitation of patients through the promotion of independence and planned programmes of care.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with personal care
• Supporting individuals whilst building a professional relationship
• Promoting individuals' health and well-being, ensuring they have a good quality life

Requirements:

• Experience of working within a healthcare setting
• Ability to provide good quality care
• Excellent communication ability
