Job overview
We are looking for a fulltime level 3 qualified practitioner to join our team who is passionate and committed to providing excellent experiences and learning opportunities to ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education. We offer above industry standard salary with increments. You would start on up to 35 days holiday per year (including Bank holidays).
To provide a caring and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
To maintain the health and well-being of children in our care.
To actively contribute to monitoring and recording children's development and sharing information with other professionals both internally and externally.

Leadership and Improvement Training
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers leadership and improvement training to all new staff. This includes the New and Aspiring Leaders programme and the Foundation Quality Improvement Programme. Completion of these training sessions allows further leadership development opportunities, including in-house courses, bite-sized programmes, and leadership apprenticeships at levels 3, 5, and 7.
