Job summary

Toad Hall Nursery Group is seeking a Nursery Nurse in Farnborough. The role offers a salary up to £30,222 per annum and a £1,000 new starter bonus. You will support children from 3 months to preschool, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and possess enthusiasm for working with children. We offer full-time, part-time, and supply roles to suit your lifestyle with ample benefits including staff discounts and a company bonus scheme.

About our Farnborough Nursery

Located in The Old Library, a two-storey Grade II listed building, Toad Hall Nursery Farnborough opened in September 2025 and offers spacious rooms and a large natural garden for children to enjoy.

As a new setting, you have the opportunity to help shape the nursery while embracing the Toad Hall approach, established for over 30 years. In 2026, we have plans to start a Forest School and expand our preschool.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities
• To be aware of the role of planning, observation and keeping records when caring for nursery aged children
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs
• A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
