Toad Hall Nursery Group in Haslemere is seeking a Nursery Team Leader to facilitate exceptional childcare delivery. The successful candidate will inspire their team, maintain high EYFS standards, and foster a supportive setting for children’s growth.
This role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, with significant knowledge of the Ofsted framework. Comprehensive benefits include a company bonus scheme and holiday opportunities, all within a vibrant community nursery.
We have two positions available:
Fixed term Contract - 40 hours per week, up to £31,886.40 per annum
Permanent, part-time - 27 hours per week (08:00-18:00, Wed to Fri), up to £21,523.32 per annum
You lead with kindness, confidence, and creativity - inspiring your team to deliver the very best for every child. From motivating your team to creating magical learning moments with children, you’re confident, caring, and full of enthusiasm. With experience leading a team, you combine warmth and professionalism with a strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted, and Health & Safety standards, helping to create a safe, happy, and high-quality environment for every child.
