Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a Portsmouth setting. You will lead a committed team, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure high standards of care and EYFS practice.

You will build strong relationships with families and drive improvements while supporting your own professional growth through mentoring and training.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an early years setting (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to manage people, have constructive conversations and lead positive change.

Salary: Circa £38,000-£40,000 depending on experience + performance-related bonus
