Olympus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for Cirencester. Lead a committed team, balance care with strong EYFS practice, and build lasting relationships with local families from first visit to school transition.

You will oversee staffing, budgets and resources, driving improvements while maintaining high standards and safeguarding best practices.

Salary: Circa £33,000-£36,000 depending on experience + performance-related bonus

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
• Proven leadership experience within an early years setting.
• A strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
