A well-established, highly-rated private day nursery in Northampton (NN3) is seeking a Nursery Manager to join their welcoming team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and families, and committed to providing high-quality care and education to ensure each child's development.

Position Details:

• Full-time role preferred, but term-time only options available.
• Nursery hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
• The Nursery Manager is expected to work 30-40 hours per week.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Ideally five years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager, with readiness to step into a managerial role, possibly from a less senior position.
