Are you a confident, experienced Nursery Manager ready for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established and highly regarded nursery in Roundhay, Leeds, looking for a passionate and proactive leader to take the reins of their large, thriving setting.

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you'll lead a large and dedicated team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensuring exceptional standards of care, education, and compliance are met.

You'll foster a warm, positive environment where children thrive, staff are supported, and families feel welcome. The nursery follows the Montessori approach, so a willingness to embrace child-led learning is key - but prior Montessori experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a large nursery team

• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all statutory requirements

• Champion the highest standards of early years education and care

• Support and embed the Montessori philosophy (training can be provided)

• Build strong partnerships with families, staff, and the local community

• Drive ongoing development and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Nursery Manager role

• Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills

• Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures

• Confidence managing a large team and a busy setting

• Montessori experience is a bonus - open-mindedness is a must!
