We are a small fully set up nursery based in Wilmslow.

Currently, we are seeking a manager who will be happy to join our management team and build our family setting step by step from the beginning.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Wilmslow.

The Nursery Manager will be responsible for taking care of daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, planning and implementing educational activities and managing other members of staff.

The nursery manager will be a nominated person who is responsible for contact with Ofsted.

Furthermore, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising with parents and guardians, and ensuring the safeguarding of all children and employees in the nursery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Nursery Management and Nursery operations for at least 2 years
• Strong understanding and implementation of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
• Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory)
• Leadership and team management skills (minimum 2 years)
• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education (minimum level 3 Diploma) or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Wilmslow for 4 or 5 days week schedule

Bonus:

Successful candidate will receive £1500 prize bonus as an addition to the salary, when Ofsted confirm that the candidate pass registration visit and that setting is fully able to open.
