Job summary

Partou UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager for Partou Woodlands Halton Day Nursery & Pre-school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a salary of £31,532 per year and supports the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy in running the setting.

You will lead a team, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
• Passion for early years education
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development

Responsibilities

About the Role

Partou Woodlands Halton Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Managerto help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
