Partou Woodlands Halton Day Nursery & Pre-school in Aylesbury is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to manage a dedicated room for 40 hours per week. You will oversee daily operations, engage children in EYFS-aligned activities, and lead a team to deliver high-quality early years care.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 EYFS qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and proven leadership experience within an early years setting.

About The Role

Partou Woodlands Halton Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
