Job summary

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre‑school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to help lead the setting, supporting the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and involves delivering high-quality childcare in line with EYFS.

You will lead a team, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and foster strong partnerships with families and colleagues. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and strong EYFS knowledge are essential.

About The Role

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre‑school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
