Job summary

Partou Hoddesdon Day Nursery & Pre-school in Hoddesdon, England, is seeking a dedicated Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and lead a dedicated team across a full-time 40-hour week.

You will ensure engaging, EYFS-aligned activities, foster safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with families, staff and the wider Partou network. This role offers substantial training, a health plan, and a generous benefits package.

Salary £33030.40 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

About The Role

Partou Hoddesdon Day & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
