Partou UK is seeking a dedicated Nursery Senior Deputy Manager in Frampton Cotterell to support the Nursery Manager. You will ensure children engage in stimulating EYFS-based activities and lead your team to maintain a safe, inclusive environment while fostering strong partnerships with families.

The role is full-time (40 hours) on a maternity cover basis, with opportunities for professional development through Partou Academy and enhanced benefits across the nursery network.

About the Role

Partou 100 Acre Wood Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
