Job summary

Partou UK is recruiting for a Nursery Deputy Manager at Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a salary of £32,032 per year and a permanent contract, supporting the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting and high-quality early years provision.

You will lead and inspire your team, safeguard children, and foster inclusive practice while building strong partnerships with childcare

About the Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
