Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre-school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager to work full-time (40 hours per week). You will support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting and ensure high-quality delivery of care and education in line with the EYFS.

You will lead a dedicated team, uphold a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families to support children’s learning and development.

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education.

About the Role

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
