Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, is hiring a Nursery Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team and support the Nursery Manager. The role involves delivering high-quality early years activities in line with EYFS, ensuring a safe, inclusive setting, and fostering strong partnerships with families.

You will work 40 hours per week, with a focus on staff development, safeguarding, and delivering outstanding care and education for young children.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge is essential.

About the Role

Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
