Job summary

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre-school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy in the daily running of the setting. You will help ensure children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development under the EYFS framework.

Lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

About the Role

Partou Bourne Explorers Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
