Job summary

Partou Up & Away Day Nursery & Pre-school Speke, Liverpool is seeking a dedicated nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.

You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues to support every child’s learning and development in line with the

• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children.
• Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy in daily operations.
• Build strong partnerships with families and childcare colleagues.
• Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS.

About the Role

• Partou Up & Away Day Nursery & Pre-school Speke, Liverpool| Full-Time | Permanent Salary £30,284 About the Role Partou Up & Away Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
