Job summary

Partou Tippy Toes Day Nursery & Pre-school in Yate, Bristol, is seeking a dedicated nursery practitioner to join as Nursery Senior Deputy Manager. This full-time role supports the Nursery Manager and helps ensure engaging EYFS activities, safe environments, and strong family partnerships.

You will lead a team, promote high standards of care, and contribute to the ongoing development of the setting through professional leadership and safeguarding commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding commitment.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education and child development.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Nursery Manager to run the setting smoothly.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

About the Role

Partou Tippy Toes Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Managerto help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
