Job summary

FABREC in Croydon, London is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the nursery team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care and education.

You will coach staff, develop practice in line with EYFS, and maintain strong relationships with parents while safeguarding children. Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification or above.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience of the EYFS and using it within a nursery setting.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and full of ideas to encourage learning and development.

Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities
