Job summary

Superior Healthcare Group is seeking a Nurse Manager to cover Mid/West Kent. The role involves managing a caseload of complex care clients, overseeing care plans, and supporting new staff induction to ensure high-quality care.

You must be an adult-trained Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and at least three years post-registration, plus supervisory experience. A UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Adult trained Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and 3+ years post-registration experience.
• Experience in community-based complex care settings (e.g., spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Previous supervisory/management experience.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex care clients and oversee care plans.
• Support induction and onboarding of new staff for clients.
• Build relationships with clients and families to ensure quality of care.
• Be available for telephone-based out of hours service on a rotational basis.

Job description

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager to cover Mid / West Kent.

Are you a Registered Nurse with experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

About you

• You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years' post-registration experience and previous supervisory / management experience.
• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
